📦 1. Shipping & Delivery
How is my order shipped?
We use La Poste – Colissimo, with full insurance for each shipment (except oversized items).
Orders are dispatched within 48 business hours after payment.
Each artwork is carefully packed by professionals.
You’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Please provide accurate delivery and contact information during checkout.
💳 2. Payment
How can I pay for my order?
We offer two secure payment methods:
Credit or debit card via PayPal
Your payment is securely processed through PayPal’s encrypted system. You may also store your card for future purchases by creating a PayPal account.
Note: Blawo does not store any payment data.Bank transfer (for orders over €3000)
Once your order is confirmed, our bank details will be provided. A short phone confirmation may be required.
🔁 3. Cancellations & Returns
Can I cancel or return my order?
Yes — you have up to 15 days to change your mind. Here’s how:
Before shipping: Email us to cancel. A full refund will be issued within 48 hours.
If already shipped: You can refuse the package at delivery. You’ll be refunded within 48 hours after the carrier confirms the return.
If delivered and unpacked: Email us within 15 days. We’ll send you a prepaid Colissimo return label.
– Refund issued within 72 hours after we receive the item.
– Flat return fee: €10 (France), €20 (International).
– If we made a mistake with your order, the return is completely free of charge.
📜 4. Certificate of Authenticity
What is the Blawo Certificate of Authenticity?
This certificate is issued by Blawo for eligible artworks and confirms:
The authenticity of the piece
The artist’s signature (if applicable)
Provenance and creation period (if known)
Products that include this certificate mention it clearly in their descriptions.
